About the Event

Classes run October 3 - 24 and may continue into November if there is a demand. Class runs 7:30-8:15am on Thursday mornings. Please share with anyone you think would benefit.


Kick off your day with an energy boosting slow flow yoga practice that is designed to leave you feeling stronger with more clarity and enhanced emotional harmony. 


A somatic style practice that is delivered to keep you present within your body and the moment that you are in.  Each class is accessible for all yogis but it is encouraged that you ensure you are physically and mentally prepared for yoga. Slow flow will have modifications and advanced postures that are always optional. 


Yogis are encouraged to stay for the whole class. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter class. Please ensure your microphone is muted upon joining.
