Mindfulness is a tool that we all have access to without an app or outside device. In this training, I’ll teach you how to access it using what you have at all times, your body. There is supporting science indicates that by training your brain to be in a mindful state more often you are remodelling the structure of your brain. 

 

Mindfulness is about becoming aware of what is happening within and around you. 

If you have any questions, please email me and I will do my best to try to answer them. There are really no weird, wrong or dumb questions when it comes to understanding the body/mind because this is still very much a mystery to science itself!
