Yes, there are many different options for health and wellness practitioners. If you have house insurance and you want to practice from your home, make sure to let them know and see if they have insurance for you.

Yes, intuitively, but we expand on the technique and teachings in level 2. It isn’t covered in level 1.

There is no significant downtime. After our training day, you may feel energized or drained depending on how much energy you moved and where it was stored. I always recommend having a cozy night in and going to bed early but it isn’t absolutely necessary. Lots of water during the day is recommended as well.

I overlooked my level 2 healing period and felt that significantly delayed my healing, which ended up being divine so I could give this advice. Yes, they are SO important. I offer the Reiki Level 1 + 2 separately, as opposed to combined like some teachers, because I wholeheartedly believe that these healing periods after each level is needed. If you’ve worked with me at anytime, you know that I teach in order for us to work with others, we must first understand ourselves.

The hybrid is a blend of live teaching (online or in person) and self study. The manual portion is done before we meet and we practice all the practical and intuitive aspects when together live.

The self study is done all online at your own pace and time. This is suitable for those wanting to take the training but timing does not work out. It is also good for those that are self motivated and have good discipline. Once you have completed the training, you request your certificate from me directly via a link in the programming.
