Through long holds of restorative yoga postures, Yoga Nidra and self healing techniques we'll achieve a greater understanding of how each energy center affects our daily lives.

Immerse yourself in the powerful energy of muladhara, the root chakra, during this 2 hour intensive. Our roots, strong and steady, communicate our right to be here. It feeds our soul with security and safety, nourishes our body with health and vitality, creating a sense of belonging, a sense of communion.

Hands on Reiki, directed self-touch, essential oils and chakra crystals amplify the feeling of relaxation and restoration.

The ancient practice of Yoga Nidra, a guided soul journey, will be offered at closing to seal the energy of the evening and invite space for each practitioner to absorb the experience in its entirety.
