Through long holds of restorative yoga postures, Yoga Nidra and self healing techniques we'll achieve a greater understanding of how each energy center affects our daily lives.

Where stillness becomes movement and form becomes the formless, this chakra is all about creating fluidity and supporting healthy connections to yourself and to others. Hands on Reiki, directed self-touch, essential oils and chakra crystals amplify the feeling of relaxation and restoration.

The ancient practice of Yoga Nidra, a guided soul journey, will be offered at closing to seal the energy of the evening and invite space for each practitioner to absorb the experience in its entirety.
