Reiki Level 1 & Cultivating Advanced Intuitive Knowing

An excellent foundation or addition to any energy practice. Reiki can be used in collaboration with other modaliites and is one of the most versatile energy trainings you can take. 

The First Degree has four separate attunements into the ancient practice of Reiki. With these attunements you are connected to the source of Reiki.  The Chakras are opened and cleared so that Reiki may flow through them.  This means that you are now able to channel Reiki to yourself and others when desired. Through the practice of energy work, you may find that your intuitive listening is awakened and a steady balance of flow created in life through the mindfulness practices that Reiki teaches us. We open ourselves up as channels of energy and become more familiar with our own. 

What is unique about this Reiki Level 1 certification?  

As an intuitive reader and bodyworker, I have developed methods to increase my inner awareness and trust in my own innate wisdom.  With a strong focus on trusting your intuition learn how to move with ease through the chakra centres and how the energy that you receive gives you gifts of knowledge to share with your clients. 

You will learn:  

- How to create a practice of mindfulness that cultivates inner awareness and deepens your connection to innate knowing

- History of Usui Reiki

- An overview and understanding of the human energy system, aura and chakras as it relates to Level 1

- Hands on practice with giving and receiving Reiki 

- Guided meditations and visualizations 

- Staying vital as an energy worker

Once you receive your Reiki Level 1 you can provide in person treatments and energy work for clients, family, friends, pets, plants and food.  

Note: After the first four attunements, there comes a 21 day healing period, or time of clearing. During this period of time your focus should be directed at self awareness and energy work with self. A devotional time where you become integrated with the channel of Reiki.

Reiki Level 2 will be offered in October for those wishing to advance their knowledge.
