An excellent foundation or addition to any energy practice. Reiki can be used in collaboration with other modaliites and is one of the most versatile energy trainings you can take.
The First Degree has four separate attunements into the ancient practice of Reiki. With these attunements you are connected to the source of Reiki. The Chakras are opened and cleared so that Reiki may flow through them. This means that you are now able to channel Reiki to yourself and others when desired. Through the practice of energy work, you may find that your intuitive listening is awakened and a steady balance of flow created in life through the mindfulness practices that Reiki teaches us. We open ourselves up as channels of energy and become more familiar with our own.
