In First Degree, the goal is to learn how to manage your own energy. Getting to know your energy field is crucial for your personal development and spiritual practice. During this training, you will receive:
History and roots of Usui Reiki
Chakra balancing for yourself and others
Grounding techniques and practices
Beginner aura, chakra and energy body knowledge
