Release & Restore - The Series
A unique series that blends the powerful properties of essential oils and hands on touch to support in releasing layers of tension from the mind and body. Long, easeful restorative postures gently encourage a natural opening of our bodies soft tissues and offer the practitioner a gateway into a slower meditative state of being.
This restorative yoga and meditation series is devoted to making space inside of the body, slowing down the mind and attuning to the intelligence network that lies within. No previous yoga experience required.
This 6 week series begins March 26th and runs every Tuesday, 1:00pm-2:00pm, until April 30, 2019
