Teach From Your Heart

This training is for teachers who desire to teach from the heart and connect deeper with their own practice while honing skills like sequencing, cueing, theming and offering hands on assists. 

I like to teach energetics, philosophy and self reflection as part of each class. I'm Anusara trained and will be sharing from that lineage and other modalities that I use and practice. 

I'm hoping to bridge gaps and offer you simple tools that make your teaching more impactful and more YOU. I'll share a template that is simple, making it easy for you to come up with poses on the fly that link together and flow seamlessly as well as a million other things we'll talk about from all of what I know. 

*There is an optional hands on assist 1 hour workshop by a special guest focusing on relaxation and alignment adjustements add for $44 (offered individually for $66)
