Yoga nidra is a system used for growth, relaxation and self realization. In this level, we explore the healing and transformative benefits of accessing the subconscious mind through moments of awareness both inside and outside of the practice. As a practitioner you will gain greater understanding of your own inner limitations and freedoms. As a teacher, you will gain greater understanding of why yoga nidra is used as a healing practice for both yourself and your students. You will be able to explain in plain terms what is happening and why it is so transformational on all levels.
