Being an instructor and becoming a teacher are two different paths. In this training you will learn how to hold space, not only for others, but also for yourself as your own limiting beliefs arise. A teacher is born when you embody the teachings and integrate them on a level that is deeply personal to only you. You will be supported and encouraged to find your own style, voice and energy as teacher throughout the training - uncovering the hidden power that lies within your spoken words and your relationship to the practice. Yoga nidra is not magic in itself, but the way you approach it as a teacher can set you apart from others who simply instruct rather than teach.
