90 minutes of deep rest featuring candlelit ambience, gentle postures, relaxing touch, aromatherapy and yoga nidra.
Restorative postures deepened with Reiki and relaxing touch - nothing forceful, only gentle asks of your body to create an inner sense of safety.
Yoga nidra is a meditative technique known as “yogic sleep” - the ultimate tool for relaxation, providing restorative effects of 4 hours sleep in just 6o minutes. But, that’s not all - it holds more medicine than just rest. As a student, you can experience a practice that rejuvenates your body or changes your life. This sacred wisdom technique reveals the calm, abiding Self that is always present.
